Job Description:• Delivery of Support Incidents & Service Request in Bosch Ticket Management system

• Analyzing the issues coming through tickets and providing resolution

• Prominent contribution in solution provision/decision & Good Interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work on shifts

• Work in complex IT Systems

• Proactive approach in communication

• Handle Engineering function customers• Contribute for Service ImprovementsTechnical skills expectations:

Strong understanding of SAP ECC & MDG

• Experience on minimum of 2 implementation / support project in MDG

• Provide application support for MDG by closely work with business users on day to day support.

• Must have hands-on experience on master data domains Material, Customer, vendor & FI

• Experience in configuration and trouble shooting the error.

• Hands-on experience in Data modelling, process & UI modelling.

• Experience on BRF+ rule based workflow & SAP Business workflow, DRFOUT, BADI, ABAP OO concept.

• Experience on integration technologies like IDOCs & Web Services.

• Must have good debugging skills
