博世中国创新与软件开发中心成立于2020年4月2日，是博世集团三纵三横(三纵:互联交通、互联工业、互联生活，三横:传感器、软件、服务)的战略指引下的在中国的关键举措，也是博世在中国本土首个创新与软件开发中心。

秉持着“根植本土、服务本土”的长期发展战略，我们将致力于进一步加强博世在中国的创新能力和软件开发能力，针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。

1.Analyse, coordinate and review the Change Request  RE engineer
2.Identify and document the system- & software-requirements and their interfaces
3.Analyse the compliance, impact and feasibility of the requirements and plan their implementation
4.Starting of prototype development if necessary
5.Modeling, simulation, and specification (FS-Use-Case)
6.Software integration and test according to specification
7.Test of functionality (Verification) and definition of quality status of the function
8.Storing, versioning and baselining of the SW-Requirements and SW-Artifacts in the appropriate configuration management system
9.Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring)

1.Masters or Bachelor in Software-Engineering/Electronics/control engineering
2.Software language skill(C  language / C++ language/ Assembly   programming)
3.Embedded system skills
4.Familiar with the basic software developing process and SW test method
5.Familiar the Free scale, Infineon and ST, micro controller application
6.Powertrain domain(ECU,VCU,BMS,DNox)system knowledge
7.Preferred industry : automotive, Also : consumer electronics (max. 2yrs experience)
