In this role, you will be responsible for executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs, attracting talent, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of organizational staffing needs.

Collaborate with HR business partners to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

利用招聘网站、社交媒体、社交活动和推荐等多种渠道,吸引各类合格候选人。
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

筛选简历,进行面试,并使用行为和能力为基础的面试技巧评估候选人,以确定最适合组织的人选。
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to identify the best fit for the organization.

通过撰写引人入胜的职位描述、吸引人的招聘营销材料,并提供积极的候选人体验,推广组织的雇主品牌。
Promote the BOSCH's employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions, engaging recruitment marketing materials, and providing a positive candidate experience.

与业务招聘经理、人力资源业务伙伴、外部招聘机构、职业院校和其他人才来源建立并保持良好的关系,确保强大的人才储备。
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other talent sources to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

负责职业院校实习生校园招聘,为财务共享中心和客服中心招募实习生进行校企合作。
Responsible for campus recruitment of vocational college interns. Recruiting interns for the Financial Shared Services Center and Customer Service Center.

管理从招聘流程的开始到结束的整个过程,包括职位发布、面试协调、反馈、背景调查和薪资谈判,并不断改进流程。
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate journey and continuously improve it, including job posting, interview coordination, feedback, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.

跟踪和分析招聘指标,评估招聘策略的有效性,并提供流程改进的建议。
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for process improvements.

及时了解行业趋势、最佳实践和新兴的招聘技术,以增强人才招聘策略,并作为可信赖的人才招聘顾问,向业务招聘经理和人力资源伙伴提供人才招聘咨询服务。
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance talent acquisition strategies and provide talent acquisition consultancy to hiring managers and HR partners as a trusted advisor.

参与HR 团队的其他人力资源项目并做出贡献。
Actively participate in human resources projects within the HR team.

Qualifications

教育背景:人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

至少3年的人才招聘或招聘经验。
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

熟练运用各种招聘方法和工具,对人才来源策略和候选人评估技巧有深入了解。
Proficient in utilizing various recruitment methods and tools, with astrong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
