Job Description:

• Support as a project coordinator towards implementation of ILM in SAP Applications
• Support the project manager in the Project tasks and activities
• Act as proxy for the project manager in regular meetings
• Coordinate in alignment with project manager and the customer project experts in adherence to the project priorities and action plans
• Supporting the process experts in project topics - Ex.: Requirements gathering, Documentations and other Implementation requirements as per the project roadmap
• Train the Global process owners in project related tasks
• Regular status reporting to the project stakeholders and the internal management
• Track and address open tasks via open point list in standard Bosch tools/ApplicationsSkills:
• Experience in handling complex IT Projects as a project coordinator
• Experience and overview in SAP ILM as per GDPR requirements
• Good overview in SAP Modules and the functional areas
• Experience in MS office tools
• Working knowledge in Automation and Reporting in BI Tools will be an added advantage
• Excellent Interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to achieve set targets
• Fluency in Business English, Proficiency in German Language will be an added advantage
