Job Description

Provide Project Office support.Support clarification of project scope, project planning, monitoring and controlling & project closing

Support selection, implementation, review and further development of methods and tools (Agile, Project folders, Agile and Kanban boards,...)

Offer facilitation of workshops (e.g. kickoff, status updates, tracker)

Quality Gate preparation

Project management plan preparation

Operational support for project reviewsManage project/portfolio - Support definition of relevant project KPIs tracking & Monitor KPIs periodically

Define standard reporting and respective templates

Offer organization and facilitation of project reviews

Preparation for audits

Provide escalation / crisis support

Operational supportCreation of standard project documentation space inDocupedia

Creation of task organization setup inTool

Access management for different tools/systems (e.gMS Teams, Tool for project tracking,etc)

Organization of Agile-related meetings and being their moderators

Giving "orientation" training to new colleagues in the department

Exchange lessons learned and good practices amongst groups / teams

CIP Implementation & Support· Fully responsible for CIP for indirect processes including:o Develop standards, database and document structureo Support for Digital CIP roll out : Ensure comprehensive training coverage for CIP basics, Agile basics, and problem-solvingo Track and follow up on ongoing improvement activitiesRequired skills and qualificationsMinimum Four or more years of project management experience with Professional certification such as PMP or Certified Agile Scrum Master

You have experience in Continuous Improvement Process, Lean Manufacturing, conducting of workshops, Process Management

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

You are expert with MS Office (especially Power Point & Excel)

You have an eye for design & possess strong communication skills

Preferred skills and qualificationsKnowledge of Low code No code platforms such as Power BI for internal processes

Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets

Flexible and able to adapt to changes well (even be a change driver )

Proven success working with all levels of management
