Job Description

  • Audit Management: support during internal and external audits in GS service scope (in cooperation with e.g., C/AU)
  • Support sustainable process improvement by deriving lessons learned for recurrent findings and discussing appropriate action plan in the relevant SMT
  • Derive good practices agreed with C/AU auditors and support the implementation in the relevant SMT/region
  • Validate and support dissenting opinion on behalf of GS BV
  • Plan according to risk evaluation and conduct GS Process Health Checks
  • Provide GS Process Advisory on process risks and main audit deviations
  • Drive Quality Performance and CIP (lessons learned, best practices) Main contribution and responsibilities:
  • Coordinate/contact auditees and C/AU auditors (e.g., RMX3 kick-off meeting, interim calls)
  • Validation of measures, verification with C/AU auditor and implementation before due date
  • Introduction of sustainable solutions and reduction of recurring findings
  • Precise and concise communication with C/AU
  • Escalation in case of discrepancies or delay (e.g., validation and support in dissenting opinion, moderation and mediation, conflict management)
  • Development and design of Process Health Checks, self assessments and GS LL process
  • Consulting organization to detect and mitigate deviations with PHC, self-assessment to confirm process compliance
  • Drive global standardization of processes and support implementation
  • Push knowledge exchange within GS (e.g., presentation in relevant meetings, LL, CIP Tool)
  • Drive regular communication exchange with the regions and within service lines (e.g., SMT

Qualifications

  • Post graduation in Commerce or equivalent

Additional Information

 

  • Expert knowledge in accounting and risk management processes according to relevant guidelines
  • Service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking (e.g., custom made PHC’s, process optimization)
  • Social and professional competence e.g., interdisciplinary, and worldwide relations, hierarchy-over-arching contact/communication
  • Fluent English in word and writing, optional other languages relevant for region scope (e.g. German)
  • Experience in conducting audits Experience in PDCA approach and problem solving methods
