The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

• In this position, you will be responsible as an SAP in-house consultant and process expert for logistics processes at eBike. To this end, you will design new supply chain processes through the department and definition of business requirements, documentation of processes and the execution of tests with a strong focus on end-to-end processes along all connected process chains.
• You advise our business units, plants and suppliers with your process expertise and drive optimization of international logistics processes and systems as technical lead while working with them. 
• You will also work closely with our IT service providers, internal and external stakeholders on IT and innovation projects.
• In addition, you will develop and deliver training for key users worldwide. You will also contribute to a stable operational environment as a back office for our key users worldwide. 
• Last but not least, you will represent eBike logistics in process committees and derive strategic decisions. You will ensure communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.
   

• Education: University degree (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on IT or logistics management or a comparable course of study
• Experience and Know-how: several years of experience in the optimization of ERP systems, preferably with a focus on end-to-end supply chain processes; sound knowledge of process modeling and optimization and end-to-end supply chain processes; confident handling of SAP in the logistics modules; very good investigative skills, problem-solving skills and project management skills
• Personality and working style: you are innovative and creative; you have certain communication skills; your convincing manner rounds off your profile; you work excellently in an agile team 
• Languages: very good written and spoken German and English
