Job Description

Bosch is looking to employ an experienced Solution Partner Consultant in the Mobility Aftermarket division (MA).

The successful incumbent will be responsible for amongst other the following:

  • O2C Project Management to achieve cross functional integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, Management and Central functions
  • IT Requirements Management for O2C aligned w/ MA global governance role
  • Acts as the central coordinator amongst departments within Bosch i.e.: Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain and/or other with regards to process definition and improvement management
  • Acts as the Project Coordinator for Process Improvement related projects within MA/AF such as Process Mining (Celonis)
  • Leads AiOT awareness within MA/AF
  • Responsible for Smart Process Implementation with the use of AiOT and RPAs within the MA/AF region
  • Compiles action plans for process improvement: including upskill of team members within MA/AF
  • Runs analysis and sets up KPIs for tracking of Process Improvement and ROI of Automation Projects
  • Researches and adopts Bosch wide and local market best practices
  • Acts a mentor to other sub regions on best practices
  • Responsible for Logistics Sales Planning and contributes to improve MA forecast accuracy
  • Performs Administrative Tasks
  • Leads Ad Hoc Projects
  • Acts as the central coordinator amongst departments within Bosch i.e.: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and/or other and Customer for Demand and Supply topics
  • Conducts Root Cause Analysis and applies improvement actions against Orders On Hand and Forecast/ order patterns

Competencies required:

  • 5-8 Years in a similar role
  • Automation Anywhere Green – Black belt certified
  • In depth understanding of AiOT and RPAs
  • Understanding of Automation
  • Project Management certificates
  • Good understanding of Mobility Aftermarket customer landscape as it impacts process improvement opportunities
  • Deep SAP experience
  • Analytical background: MS Excel advanced and modelling competence

 

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
