1. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
2. Process expert role for SAP with end-to-end consulting related to all global/local processes and related master data.
3. Act as a liaison with Business users and technical team for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze and resolve issues.
4. Support the business processes with issue identification, resolution and process optimization.
5. IT process support for process automation and digitization in the business processes
6. Co-Ordinate Project training, testing, migration and documentation during the project & BRs(Business Requirements) execution
7. Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the processes are aligned across modules
8. Provide ad-hoc training & user support as required.
9. Digitalization: Knowledge of Web applications, interface with multiple systems, infrastructure topics and data analytics tool.

1. Qualification : B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT with SAP SD certification from reputed Institution
2. With minimum 3 years’ experience as SAP SD consultant with at least one implementation and knowledge of cross module integration
3. Expertise in interactions with business & customers
4. Overview of sales and logistic processes, end-to-end Order to cash cycle
5. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and Projects at the same time.
