Job Description

Our team is responsible for service management in the global Bosch HR Service organization. We develop, coordinate and harmonize the regional organization and processes worldwide. Join our international team and contribute your ideas to our communication and knowledge management projects. As a member of our global service management team, you will be responsible for developing communication concepts and measures to promote our collaboration HR Service internally and externally.

  • You will manage Bosch's internal communication activities and collaboration formats such as virtual workshops and conferences.
  • Furthermore, you will create communications for projects and events, and set up and maintain our internal knowledge management platform.
  • In addition, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives for our internal team collaboration (e.g. working methods and tools), contribute to HR service strategy and standardization related projects, e.g. concept development and analysis.
  • From the first day, you will create, design and publish communication materials, organize and participate in virtual team meetings with international participants.
  • Help us actively design and implement the structure of the virtual knowledge platform where our global standards will be published.
  • During your assignment, you will further develop a virtual collaboration platform, including the design of an editorial plan. You will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and, depending on your interests and commitment, you will be able to work independently on projects in the above areas.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Economics, Communications, Media Management, Marketing, Information Technology or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); ideally some experience of project work and production of communication materials
  • Personality and Working Practice: strong communication and interpersonal skills, taking initiative and ownership, structured, hands-on mentality, ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment
  • Enthusiasm: affinity with digital communication channels and enthusiasm for working in an international team is a plus
  • Languages: very good in English, German is a plus

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 - 12 months (if the total duration of the internship exceeds 6 months, confirmation as mandatory internship is required for the entire period according to the study regulations)
