• Safety: Accident Rate and Severity Rate for disciplinary organization
• Quality: CRI, IDC, 0Km and Field related to lack of adherence to standards in the
• Manufacturing area.
• Delivery: Production Output and Build to Schedule
• Costs: Relative Utilization, Productivity, Overtime, Inventory discrepancies, Inventory
• Level, Turnover and Absenteeism.

Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.

• Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment and Team Work (for internal applicants only)
• Responsible for follow up of labor discipline of his/her personnel if it applies.
• Is the responsibility of the associate to know and apply the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Policies, having, but limited to the following responsibilities:
• Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable
• Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area
• Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
• Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.

• English advanced / Fluent
• Automotive Industry Experience is a must
• Engineering background
• at least 5 years of leadership experience
