Job Description

🚀 Your Role as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist

As a key player in our team, you'll play a vital role in managing Compensation & Benefits, including International Mobility, within the Benelux region. Your responsibilities include sustaining governance roles and streamlining processes for domestic and international business travel, compensation, and (fringe) benefits for Associates and Managers groups.

🛠️ Your Tasks

In the role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze existing benefit schemes to propose standardization and harmonization across all Bosch entities in the Benelux, with a focus on NL;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, experts, and stakeholders to optimize benefits processes;
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and manage insurance renewals;
  • Monitor best practices and market trends;
  • Provide support in the design and control of remuneration mechanisms;
  • Assist the Country Process Expert with rewarding benchmarks, strategy, and budgets;
  • Support governance for International Assignments & International Mobility topics.

Qualifications

🎓 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Finance Management
  • Knowledge of labor law, including social security topics, and labor markets
  • Business fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in HR technology, particularly SAP systems

  • You are available to work 2 times a week from our office in Boxtel while residing in The Netherlands
