1. Provide support for compliance of quality management system, specially for the Bosch Quality Principals.
2. Check formal correctness of the relocation projects quality plan,verify contained process deviations and document risk.
3. Coordinate all the quality related subjects of relocation projects with lead plant, Moderate QG meetings.
4. Apply quality methods and review resulted documents, e.g., Process-FMEA, WI, Control Plan 8D, and change management
5. Inpection plan/ISIR for new developed/localized products,Process quality monitoring and random inspection,Quality related LPC
6. Planning, conducting, and reporting results of internal/external quality audits.
7. Support Claim handling – lead/coach manufacturing associates to investigate root cause of customer complaints and non-conformance by making appropriate use of the problem solving methods
8. Analyze quality and manufacturing data, identify and drive quality improvement activities

1. Bachelor degree or above, technical background
2. 5 years or above work experience in quality management
3. Strong verbal and written English skills
4. ISO9001-2015 system auditor certification
