Job Description

Pimary Functions

  • Executes day to day operations such as material maintenance and ensures that the materials are maintained, and the prices are set in accordance with the current processes.
  • Ensures the relevant information has been provided and validated prior to execution of requests including any approvals and provide relevant requirements and/or documents to carry out the audit on master data related transactions.
  • Ensures all processes are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly.
  • Responds to client's questions and inquiries regarding requests and processing, participate in process improvement meetings.
  • Evaluation of QA for MME Team
  • Key point-of-contact for calibration of QA for MME process
  • Serves as local CIP Officer

Key Roles

1. Daily Operations

  • Email Handling
  • Index validation and Picking Analysis (KP1 and PowerBI)
  • Block/Unblocking of part numbers. (PCD IPT)
  • Provide Quotation to customer in support of Diesel rPS (Quote Tool, IPT)
  • Submit pricelist for quoted part numbers in support of Diesel rPS (IPT)
  • Monitoring MME Transactions, following up > 3 days TAT (MME Picking File)
  • Stand as backup for anu support for FTE deficit.
  • Price discrepancy checking and analysis for escalation or any issues.

2. Weekly/ Monthly Tasks

  • Weekly Process Manager for Diesel
  • SMS MME Monthly QA
  • SMS MME Quarter Utilization Report

3. Trainings

  • Assists process training for new hires
  • Assists OPM, TL, in preparing and updating training materials of all processed and projects.
  • Adhoc Tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

  • 1 year of back office plus customer service associate experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Automotive, Management, Mathematics or any related courses
  • Special knowledge and expertise about end-to-end Master Data process, Detective controls, AV Monitor, Process Manager
  • Good working knowledge of all MS office products, and an aptitude for picking up various system or tools
  • Outstanding AA MME process and product knowledge and customer service orientation
  • Strong drive to help colleagues improve their process related skill set.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to build and promote a positive work culture.
  • Demonstrated ability with the design and application of innovative ideas, developing creative solutions and motivating a team to share knowledge and complete tasks on time
  • Present a positive attitude and provide and accept good constructive feedback and support; coaching experience
  • Team Player, able to sit well with the team and customers

  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (3x RTO)
