Job Overview

Perform value-added task by clear, sort and arrange raw material for putaway / delivery and supply the production according to the demand.

Job Description

 

  • Perform daily operations of Goods Receiving such as goods receive, offload parts, parts clearance, pasting the necessary label, moving parts to pending stock in area, unpack & repack and etc.

 

  • Perform daily operations of Dispatching such as packing, system booking, pasting the necessary label, moving parts to designated area, load on the truck and etc.

 

  • Ensure that all activities performed in a proper manner by self-inspect on part number, parts description, quantity, condition of parts and other specific requirements.

 

  • Perform the milk run to the production including system bookings

 

  • Ensure all parts are arrange properly according to storage requirements.

 

  • Report all non-compliance found to immediate supervisor for further action.

 

  • Ensure company policies are strictly adhered to.

 

  • Ensure the movements of materials from receiving dock into warehouse, internal milk run and to the dispatching docks are in order and through proper channel and control.

 

  • Maintain high standard of housekeeping and 5S at workplace.

 

  • Always comply with company standard of safety rules and regulations.

 

  • Daily maintenance of MHE in good condition and update maintenance records.

 

  • Support supervisor on the cycle count, troubleshooting for the inventory variances, urgent shipments handling

 

  • Handle indirect incoming shipments, data entry for indirect shipments into SAP and deliver to end user

 

  • Filing the incoming documents for indirect shipments and liaise with respective parties to resolve the daily operations issue for indirect shipments

 

  • Any other related duties which assign by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in logistics department
  • A minimum of SPM qualifications
  • Able to work as a team with good teamwork skills
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • MHE (Material Handler Equipment) Training course is an additional advantage
  • Result orientated to meet all given task on time & committed
  • Reliable and trustworthy person with good working attitude
  • Initiative to learn more things
  • Adaptable to new changes
  • Able to work in 12 hours rotating shift pattern
