Job Description

  • Service, install, and commission hydraulic drive systems on customer sites and other places all over in Indonesia as appointed by the Company.
  • Have hands on work but also supervise team of mechanics to do hydraulic installations in accordance to project plan requirements.
  • Supervise the service, and make sure the installation work is being conducted properly in regard to time, quality, costs requirements and HSE regulations.
  • Report all work and findings internally to Manager as well as externally to customers and contractors.
  • Prepare service, installation and commissioning schedules.

Qualifications

  • Minimum  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with excellent scores.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Service Area.
  • MUST know assembly and disassembly.
  • Ability to read hydraulic circuit and have basic electrical knowledge are essentials.
  • Preferably knows how to conduct testing for hydraulic pump/motor/valve.
  • Have a strong hydraulics background and capability of doing root cause analysis of hydraulics problems.
  • Excellent communication in written and verbal English.
  • Is flexible, creative, and Innovative.
  • Willing to take risks, and quickly adapt to new situation.
  • Customer oriented, with analytical skill.
  • Assertive, and able to motivate people.
  • A team player who shares knowledge openly .
  • Creditable and reliable.
