· 5-8 years of SAP Technical S/4 HANA ABAP experience.· Minimum 1-2 experience in S/4 HANA conversion project, HANA Code Adoption· Good understanding on Custom code decommissioning process and tools· Should have good Knowledge in ATC· SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, Code refactoring· Good hand on experience in multiple modules of SAP.· Should have hand on experience in ABAP RICEF objects· Identify and implement SAP Notes.· Good experience in handling incident and problem ticket and solve within the SLA deadline times· Good communications skills, strong customer focus and service mindset with experience in client interaction (Person with experience in IT Service Industry will be preferred)· Willingness to continuously learn both new technologies and business processesQualifications· Resource should have an Professional graduation in Engineering or equivalent qualificationAdditional Associated degree preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
