Job Description

  • Key Account Management
    • Building strong customer relationships
    • Account Management and Area Planning
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans including target setting.
    • Ensure healthy sell-in and sell-out activities.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Customer Acquisitions
    • Market and product research
    • Create and develop sales presentations.
  • IAM Sales
    • Achievement of sales target
    • Negotiation of customer targets
    • Introduction of new products/part numbers
    • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting
    • Analysis of sales data, market, and product trends
    • Sales planning and demand projections
    • Collaboration with product managers for accurate monthly projections
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate with stakeholders.
    • Provide and present regular reports and market information to marketing team.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution
    • Address and resolve key customer issues.
    • Establish a regular communication loop and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay informed about market and product development.
    • Invest in personal and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry, market, products, and services.
