Descripción del empleo

  • Work and execute in coordination with HSE to follow up standards for occupational safety, sustainability, and environment to comply with applicable legal and Bosch regulations and policy.

  • Enables a continuous improvement environment to develop his team to contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets.
  • Supervises, promotes, and enables its area to work according to the expected quality and productivity.
  • Fulfills daily admin tasks derived from his team necessities; follows up the associates are compliant to the internal regulations.
  • Responsibility for quality assurance
  • Organization and optimization of the supervised shopfloor, implementation of projects
  • Personnel management
  • Responsibilities in context of i4.0

  • Participate in the derivation of the i4.0 target states

  • Stepwise achievement of the target states

  • Organize area supervisors for activities in the context of i4

 

       Authority:

        Apply disciplinary actions to associates under its supervision that are not in

compliant   with internal rules.

Stop process/activities any risk that could affect the associate’s integrity, company patrimonial or environment.

 

V. Specific Duties

  • Supervise production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor’s activities.
  • Resource coordination, follow up, and execute production plan
  • Tracking, follow up and drive improvement activities that improve productivity
  • Estimate, follow up, request, and forecast needed dHC for its area of responsibility
  • Review, follow up and execute disciplinary actions
  • Safety, quality problem solving with root cause analysis and elimination of risks.
  • Ensure proper operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks, waste (hazardous and nonhazardous), water and energy consumption.
  • Fulfill production plan quantity and sequence to achieve customer service level according to the TPT targets by process with the expected quality and productivity.
  • Daily Leadership Routine as a tool to follow up topics and work according to standards
  • Continuous improvement activities based on BPS principles; as well as drive and participate in new standards introduction and stabilization.
  • Coordinate available resources for planned downtime based on preventive, corrective maintenance, layout changes, new process/products introduction, trainings, and cyclic inventories.
  • Plan and execute direct associates’ evaluation, as well as development strategy for them.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and train direct associates in improvement projects.
  • Participate, mentor and sponsor improvement projects as part as its direct associates’ development (Step-Up, Problem Solving, 5 Why’s, S-CIP projects with use of A3)

  • Ensure the correct understanding of Safety and the environment, attend the training to which they are assigned, stop any process or machinery that is malfunctioning and report to the immediate supervisor or to the corresponding department. 

Requisitos

EDUCATION:

a) Minimum education level: Degree

b) Post graduate degree: Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer.
