Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Coach Product Owner, Software Developers and Stakeholders;
  • Help product owners and development teams to handle backlogs and new requests;
  • Coordinate sprints, organize and take care of all key scrum ceremonies (retrospective, review, planning, daily stand-ups,...);
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings;
  • Support project teams in daily activities and ensuring transparency about teamwork and progress towards everyone;
  • Remove impediments and establishing an environment where the team can be effective;
  • Implement a continuous improvement process to ensure agile methods are constantly evolving and digital knowledge is built (training/ongoing learning);
  • Support self-organization of the team & cultural change;
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting and coaching agile methods and frameworks;
  • Familiarity with and supporting teams in the software development domain;
  • Excellent knowledge of agile techniques and artifacts such as definition of done and ready, user stories, automated testing etc.;
  • Experience with co-located teams and Scrum of Scrums;
  • Experienced in feedback methods and a pro-active feedback seeker and giver;
  • Knowledge of agile processes and methods and ability to tailor them to individual team and/or organizational needs;
  • Excellent communication, servant leadership and moderation skills;
  • Knowledge and practical experience of coaching methods;
  • Positive mindset and conflict resolution and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to lead team members according to servant leadership principles;
  • Role model in dealing with change;
  • Self-reflection skills;
  • Intercultural competence.
