Company Description

Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

1. FCM system operation & maintenance:

  • Responsible for the building & grounding: Door system, Canteen equipment, Grounding (floor, barrier, fence, road, carpet…), Infrastructure & construction (handrail, ladder, wall, window, sign board…), Roof & downspout (concrete/steel roof, gutter, water proofing layer…), Drainage system (rain drainage pit, trench)..
  • Control maintenance activities based on PM plan without missing, update if necessary.
  • Ensure operation/maintenance for the building without any impact to production activities
  • Maintain and enhance in-house maintenance/repair
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to perform yearly site assessment (building condition)

2. Troubleshooting & problem solving:

  • Investigate to find out the root cause based on history data and technical knowledge/experience
  • Involve to PSS team for problem solving
  • Provide technical training/sharing for technician and supporting

3. Document control & tool management:

  • Review trouble record, follow up and handle issue until to the end
  • Tracking document to make sure available for audit
  • Tool management, plan for inspection as legal requirement

4. Compliance & support

  • Comply with company regulation, safety rules, O&M procedures, 5S, LOTO
  • Willing to work overtime if necessary, support others, work closely with technician
  • Provide & perform ideas for cost saving, system improvement (2 CIPs/year)
  • Support project team by in-house and technical
  • Review technical for steering the vendors
  • Global Real Estate: IFM, know-how sharing, support other sites if needed, PitFM (building condition assessment)

5. Contractor management

  • Contractor management without violation, comply work permit, ensure quality
  • Work with contractor for survey, quotation

Qualifications

1. Education

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/ electrical engineering

2. Work experience

  • At least 3 years experience in relevant fields
  • Must have working experience of building & grounding maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving.
  • Good communication skill, collaboration, willing to support when needed, positive thinking
  • Basic knowledge about Electrical system, Utility system (HVAC, compressed air…)

3. Traits and Skills

  • Good at English communication (4 skills)
  • Good at computer skill and Microsoft office
  • Deep knowledge of civil, building management
  • Willingness to take over responsibility
