Job Description

What will you take care of?

As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch team:

Help shaping the future

You will have the opportunity to participate in the management of the training activities, with a “hands on” and direct approach.

Experience cooperation: 

You will be part of a dynamic team, always aiming to offer to Bosch employees and to external clients, the best support, as "business partners".

Take on responsibility: 

You will give support in training activity, organization, scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education:

You are a recent graduate in Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering with a strong interest in Training.

Experience and know-how:

You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel. 

You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

Soft Skills:

You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills. You are a great team worker
