Job Description

  • Building the Joint Business Plan, defining input and output metrices, driving sales and executing complete business operations of e-commerce GTM - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM, brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and Payments and accounts receivables.
  • Establishing working relationships with e-retailers, improving content on partner platforms & listing and enabling sell outs of new product launches
  • Responsible for the complete P&L, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and gross margins.
  • Building product forecast at region and account level; monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products.
  • Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired market share in tools category
  • Manage appropriate product promotions on eCommerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product and production team

Qualifications

  • MBA from Tier 1 institute
  • 4 to 10 years of total work experience is desired
  • 2-3 years of working experience in e-commerce or similar KAM positions is must
  • Ideal candidate would have an omni channel sales experience for seamless transition between the online and offline channel partner
