We are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to internal processes Bosch, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.

Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

Job Description

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany, to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our Impact team is looking for a Qualtrics Intern to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in Change Request related tasks for Employee Experience;
  • Organize and moderate meetings/workshops;
  • Support with tracking tools (Jira) keeping it up to date with applicable documentation and latest status;
  • Maintain document management systems like SharePoint, Confluence, MS teams and its different resources;
  • Support with organization of Incident management (tickets and categorization);
  • Work closely with Project manager and Global Application Specialist to support in defining measures for project´s each element's success;
  • Understand Qualtrics dashboard to support with set-up /QStats/ Analysis in Reports;
  • Track all reports generated and dashboards provided for trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Support all Admin tasks.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Good understanding about SAP Qualtrics, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL Databases;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.): e.g., create visual appealing presentations, prepare spreadsheets, etc;
  • Pro-active, independent, good time-management & organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize;
  • Team-player with strong communication and marketing skills who enjoys working with a very diverse and multi-disciplinary team (both on-site and virtual);
  • High level for customer-service orientation and Global Team set Up;
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment;
  • Ability to adapt to given processes and willingness to learn new skills;
  • Language-Skills: outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
