Company Description

Bosch Transmission Technology in Tilburg is part of the Bosch Group, a leading global supplier of technology and services, with approximately 395,000 employees worldwide. Our Engineering for Innovation and New Technology Department provides research and development support for innovative products such as stacks for E-Motors, electrolyzers, air foil bearings, and push belts. We focus on data-driven development for multiple products in both industrial and automotive sectors. Our approach covers the entire digital life cycle, from requirements gathering to data ingestion, analysis, and dashboarding, tailored to specific use cases for different products.

In our department of four engineers, we possess diverse knowledge in quality management methods (QMM). Our responsibilities include digitalization, involving the creation, updating, and maintenance of dashboards using local IT tools. Although we utilize Power BI for automatic updates of certain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), many reports still rely on manual creation using various Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
