A brilliant position has now become available for a talented Technical/Industrial Sales Engineer who has a passion for people, hunting for new business and delivering outstanding, best in class' customer service.

You will join this already hugely successful business, which has a huge market share servicing the various industry’s with their hydraulic products. You will be responsible for looking after clients and hunting for new sales opportunities with clients based in Thailand  which you will be servicing from Rayong. This role is based in Rayong permanently and you will be expected to visit your clients within Thailand, you  may have to travel to Europe occasionally.

Building rapport, developing trust and delivering effective technical/industrial solutions to your clients is of paramount importance, so we are looking for an effective people person' who has a passion for industrial products within a technical capacity. You will be given product training and excellent support with this organization.

Candidates from a Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fluid Transfer or Lubrication Product background will be highly regarded; however, this specific industry knowledge is not essential as long as you have worked with products which fit within the technical or industrial product portfolio. Most importantly, it is essential that you possess and demonstrate excellent technical ability along with a keen attitude to learn and develop your own knowledge with this product range.

1. You will be responsible for service and after-sales support of the electric drives and controls portfolio, including repairs, field service, spare parts and service contracts of electric drives, motors, and controls by providing best-in-class service to our customers based in Thailand.
2. Work with customer’s engineering and maintenance teams to develop turn-key system solution for various applications that include servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, linear motion systems and other Bosch Rexroth automation solutions, proactively offer and promote retrofit kits/modernization solutions.
3. Perform technical analysis of machine and application requirements and select best suitable products/solutions including electric motors, servo drives and auxiliary equipment (sizing, selecting, applying, hands-on support). Demonstrate key product capabilities and advantages to customers, generate examples how-to based PLC code for communication with HMI, drives and provide startup assistance.
4. Prepare and provide product workshops, trainings, and presentations for customers (both internally and externally)
5. Able to work at Bosch Rexroth Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong, work at office 5 days and sometimes support on site for service jobs
6. Able to work in high temperature, dirty or odors in environment

Education: At least Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience: Preferable previous working experience 3-5 years in field service position with electro-mechanical components, electrical cabinets, drives and electrical motors; strong understanding or experience in electric drives, automation PLC programming, fieldbus protocols and drives sizing.

Languages: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai.

Hardware / Software Skills: Good business communication skills, technical know-how, presentation. Ability for interacting with engineering and technical personnel, as well as purchasing.

Exceptionally strong technical aptitude and willingness to embrace promotion of Bosch Rexroth products in multiple technologies within Factory Automation solutions and services.
