Job Description

  • Prepare quotations to customer, process and respond on assigned inquiries (CRM, emails) in a timely manner
  • Process sales orders in SAP, Bqik & resolves any electronic order fallout
  • Support customer in order acknowledge or any issue regarding order and delivery
  • Coordinate with supply chain team to update status of order
  • Provide support within SOM department as a proxy
  • Including pre-sales, order management, post-sales enquiries, complaints and handling of customer returns.
  • Booking transport for delivery.
  • Verify and support on customer payment and billing schedule until release order requisition.
  • Maintain material in SAP
  • Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Support Manager to do or revise procedure, work instruction and form
  • Any assignment by manager from time to time

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field

Work Experience: minimum 4 years in coordinator function in manufacturing and/or service would be preferred.

Languages: Good communication & Social skill in Thai and English

Hardware / Software Skills: MS office, SAP 

Characteristics: Well-organized, Service mind and interpersonal characteristics, initiative and able to work in multi-cultural team and multi-task. Possess very basic technical and product knowledge in order to understand real use cases behind processes and continuously improving it.
