Job Description

Facility Repair & Maintenance

  • Repair and maintenance manufacture facilities.
  • Manage and monitor suppliers work onsite.
  • Support onsite in case of emergency 24/7 onsite and online or on call.
  • Support FCM task as assigned from managers.
  • Maintain company asset and facilities in good condition always.
  • Submit regular reports as assigned.
  • Provide technical advice or information to user and manager.
  • Coordinate with others department to provide service and complete the tasks.

Safety Officer (HSE Coordinator)

  • Perform a safety officer in technical level.
  • Perform electrical safety. Must have electrical technician license
  • Coordinates with other department to ensure the HSE protocol are properly rollout and compliance with Bosch policy.
  • Be a HSE coordinator and contact point of safety and security.
  • Operating and maintain good status of security equipment such as CCTV and Access control.
  • Operating and maintain good status of safety equipment such as fire alarm system, emergency speaker, fire extinguishers etc.
  • Provide an administrative according to the report or documents require by law.
  • Support to provide safety training for employee and find the suitable training course to align with law requirement.

Admin Coordinator

  • Be a contact point of authority related. 
  • Contact the suppliers for quotation, PO and invoice.
  • Support ad-hoc as manager assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or other related field.
  • 2 years of experience in repair and maintenance.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Service mind, responsible, honest, and enthusiastic person.
