A brilliant position has now become available for a talented engineer who has a passion for quality management with continuous improvement in products, processes, people, digitalization and sustainability.

You will join our engaged team, based in Rayong and you will be expected to visit your clients within Thailand, you may have to travel occasionally.

Work with internal and external customers to identify and permanently correct non-conformances.

Evaluate, plan, implement and maintain quality management system in accordance with industrial and corporate quality standards and Continuous Improvement Process.

Prepare and coordinate audits and certifications in cooperation with internal/external parties.

Maintain proper documentation of processes.

Support shop floor problem solving for products and processes.

Continuously improve and develop processes as defined on Rexroth quality principles.

Assure conformance to quality principles and procedures.

Perform monthly reporting of quality key performance indicators (KPI) for plant management and corporate functions.

Track and maintain KPIs.

Keep awareness and education of the team about quality standards, systems and procedures.

Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.

Occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or quality management.
• Minimum of two years professional experience as a quality engineer/manager with proven communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem solving techniques.
• Desire to work with customers, colleagues and suppliers to bring to closure concerns in a timely manner.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• High knowledge of personal computer, Microsoft Office software, especially EXCEL and SAP.
