Job Description

Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, including Logistics Key Account Managers (LKAM), addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.      

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to transportation management, ensuring smooth execution of processes

LSP Management:

  • Handle deviations, escalations, and exceptions with LSP (Logistics Service Provider) management, ensuring timely resolution

Transport Order Management

  • Manage and track the status of transport orders, providing updates as necessary

Shipment Tracking and Traceability:

  • Utilize track and trace systems to monitor the movement of shipments, ensuring timely delivery.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze transportation data to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Claims Management:

  • Provide support in managing claims related to transportation issues, facilitating resolution processes.

Data Gathering and Reporting:

  • Collect data for future analysis and improvement projects, contributing to the enhancement of transportation processes.

RFQ Mapping and Tendering:

  • Participate in RFQ mapping and tendering processes, providing insights and support as needed.

KPI Reporting and Dashboard Creation:

  • Generate weekly and monthly consolidated KPI reports, creating required dashboards for management visibility.

Savings Potential Analysis:

  • Conduct analysis on savings potential within the distribution network and collaborate with internal customers to implement improvements.

 

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain. Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of experience, preferably in logistics industry.
