Job Description

  • Responsible for all functions of the HR management including performance management, development, recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibility
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope 
  • Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business
  • Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes 
  • Coaching managers in application of HR processes and employee engagement activities
  • Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner 
  • Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment 
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or  Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Turkish
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of multiple HR diciplines is an asset
