Clarify and understand the technical requirement from customers and transfer the requirement into design concept to build 2D,3D drawings, define technical spec etc. including but not limited to DFMEA, DRBFM, tolerance calculation for robust product development.

• Communicate with internal and external customers, partners to move the projects forward
• Release the component and product according to Bosch procedures
•  Identify cost improvement points, implement the design change and release from concept to SOP
• Lead technical problem solving
• Support or define validation spec to validate the product
•  Work closely with CN & EU domain experts i.e. bushing, NVH, materials, simulation etc. to develop new solutions, solve technical problems
• Change management, risk & deviation analysis

• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Above 3 years experience in motor R&D or application field. Knowledge about motor design, materials and components etc.
• Knowledge about plastic,metal, toolings, NVH and methods in product development, design and validation, GD&T.
• Experienced in using CAD software, i.e. UG
• Fluent in English, good command of both written and spoken (Mandatory)
• Good communication skill
