The Logistics Transport Department (MA/LOT-EMEA) implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, transport damage management and other transport related processes.

► Handling of Track & Trace requests

► Organization of special transport in case of urgent customer demands

► Handling of transport damage claims

► Organization of return deliveries

► Coordination and tracking of the forwarder performance

► Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Economics or similar

► General understanding and interest on logistics processes

► Experiences in communication with logistics service provider

► High customer orientation and flexibility

► Very good German skills are mandatory

► English skills are highly appreciated
