Job Description

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep HR IT systems of BOSCH running, up to date and prepared for the future. Our team is looking for an Automation Assistant to integrate major digitalization projects, joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Collaborate with the HR Automation team to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement;
  • Maintain Project Management tracking tools up to date with applicable documentation and latest status;
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process workflows, meeting minutes;
  • Assist in Functional and Technical consultancy in Automation related projects with a deep focus in analyzing and evaluating customers’ automation requirements;
  • Assist in other project management related tasks of worldwide automation projects.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or any comparable university background;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;
  • Proficiency in using MS office tools
  • Knowledge of automation tools from major vendors would be an asset (same as knowledge in programming languages and databases);
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Service mindset: empathy, patience and positivity to provide solutions to internal clients;
  • Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions;
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment.
