• Planning and controlling of customer orders
• Validation of customer orders
• Planning and controlling of customer orders considering production capacity, deadlines and inventories
• Forecasting and capacity planning
• Checking for potential supply difficulties and initiation of actions to ensure customer delivery
• Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system
• Monitoring of delivery performance to customer
• Procurement planning
• Planning & procurement of material for production considering quantities, deadlines and inventories
• Tracking of order transmissions and deliveries
• Coordination of special actions in cooperation with suppliers, customer planners, production control and incoming area
• Contact person for purchasing and external & internal suppliers
• Material allocation in bottleneck situations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
• VI - VII level of degree in field of logistics, management or related field
• Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude to initiate improvements
• Knowledge of logistic processes
• English language fluency, both written and spoken
