Job Description

Are you ready to spearhead the implementation of HR IT Solutions within strategic projects at Bosch?

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our global development team, driving innovation and efficiency in Bosch's HR IT landscape through development and operation. As an intern, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Bosch's future, collaborating closely with our central department in Germany while based in our Lisbon IT hub.

In this role, you'll engage with stakeholders from HR departments, external partners, and Bosch experts, contributing to the optimization of our HR processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting requirements gathering, analyzing data, preparing functional specifications documentation, and assisting in the implementation of requirements. Strong analytical skills, impeccable organization, and effective communication will be essential for success, alongside a solid understanding of HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or completed studies focused on business informatics, computer science, economics, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in software development
  • Team player with a knack for intercultural collaboration
  • Positive, proactive, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and moderation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and independent work ethic
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; Portuguese fluency required, German language skills are a plus
