Job Description

BOSCH is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team as an Administrative Assistant supporting the head of IT department. This 12-month internship provides a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. If you are organized, proactive, proficient in Power Point, Outlook, and eager to contribute to a dedicated team, this is the ideal opportunity for you!

  • Manage and organize the department manager's meeting schedules.
  • Assist in creating and editing presentations in Power Point.
  • Support in the preparation and organization of meetings and events.
  • Manage and archive administrative documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • University student in Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Power Point, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least level B2.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
