1. Assist in developing production plans and schedules to ensure efficient operations, meet production demands, and fulfill customer delivery timelines.

协助制定生产计划和排程，确保生产过程高效运作，满足生产需求和客户交货时间。

2. Manage day-to-day operations of the motor manufacturing production line, monitor production progress, and product quality, promptly addressing production issues and proposing improvement measures. Ensure the achievement of relevant KPIs (OEE, PPM, 0-KM, Productivity).

负责马达制造生产线的日常运营管理，监控生产进度和生产质量，及时处理生产中的问题并提出改进措施。保证相关的KPI指标达成（OEE, PPM, 0-KM, Productivity）。

3. Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and safety regulations, implementing and enforcing safety operating procedures and standards.

确保生产过程符合质量标准和安全规范，制定和执行安全操作程序和标准。

4. Track and control production costs, striving to reduce production expenses and enhance production efficiency.

跟踪和控制生产成本，努力降低生产成本，提高生产效率。

5. Coordinate and communicate with supply chain, quality, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated production processes.

协调和沟通与供应链、品质、工程等部门，确保生产流程的顺畅和协调。

6. Participate in new motor product introductions and improvement projects, ensuring seamless preparation for production readiness.

参与新马达产品导入和改进项目，确保生产准备工作的顺利进行。

7. Assist in creating production-related process documents (PFMEA, CP, WI) to ensure stable motor product quality and continuous improvement of relevant procedures.

协助制定马达生产相关的流程文件（PFMEA，CP，WI），以保证稳定的产品质量，并持续提高相关流程的效率。

8. Utilize quality tools (e.g., 14Q, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D report) in daily work to elevate motor production line quality, analyze, and resolve on-site quality issues.

在日常工作中使用质量工具（如14Q，Poka-Yoke，PDCA，8D报告）提升马达生产线质量水平，分析和解决现场质量问题。

9. Support the trial run of new motor products and fixture debugging.

协助新马达产品的调试和工装调试。

10. Provide support for customer and internal audits.

支持客户和内部评审。

11. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments and lead plant.

保持与其他部门/领导工厂的沟通和合作。

Bachelor mechanical/electrical engineering机械/电气工程学士

5 years working experience

MS office, wide-spread technical basic knowledge
