Job Description

  • Analyze and evaluate market trends for different potentials of sustainable projects about climate action and water.
  • Identify and evaluate possible unique selling points of products and services as well as gaps to the competition strategy derivation.
  • Communicate and enable Bosch sustainability strategies with internal stakeholders, promote sustainable projects and good practices by multiple channels, and drive the digitalization of sustainability processes. Internally, you need to work closely with various departments to accurately and effectively convey the company's culture, philosophy, products, and other information to employees through diverse promotional methods; Externally, you will be responsible for the company's public relations activities, maintaining good relationships with the media, partners, and the public, and enhancing the company's brand image and visibility.
  • Analyze and interpret the recent policies of the Chinese government towards sustainable development. We will closely monitor the latest policy developments of the Chinese government on sustainable development, conduct indepth analysis and interpretation of the policies, and evaluate their impact on the company's business. Strong policy sensitivity and analytical skills are required to provide strategies and suggestions for the company in response to policy changes, ensuring the smooth development of the company's business.
  • Analyze and interpret the long-term impact of German CBAM on the company. The implementation of the German Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) will have a significant impact on global trade and industrial chains and will be responsible for analyzing the long-term impact of CBAM on the company's business, including but not limited to cost, supply chain, market competitiveness, and other aspects.
  • Provide expert support for customers, locations, and etc.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed studies in the field of environmental and/or energy technology, international business administration, industrial engineering, or a related equivalent.
  • Personality and working method: communicative and assertive, conceptual analytic, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, independent, responsible and structured. Strong team collaboration and stress resistance skills, able to maintain efficient work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience and expertise: experience in the field of sustainability processes and CO2 assessments, project management, digitalization, cross-function communication. Familiar with international trade rules and carbon market policies, with relevant background or experience preferred.
  • Languages: good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Strong written and communication skills, able to write high-quality promotional materials and policy analysis reports.
