Job Description

  • As part of your student job, you will write clear, concise, and engaging copy for our mobile app and web portal.
  • You will collaborate with agile teams and their UX designers, UX researchers, and developers to create user-focused content.
  • Working with style guides and glossaries to ensure consistency and clarity of content is a key component.  
  • You will also work on the planning and coordination of multilingual translation projects in the digital area and develop solutions for quality improvement/assurance.
  • You will participate in user research activities to inform content decisions, stay up-to-date on industry best practices, and incorporate them into your writing practice.
  • Document your learnings along the way and share your insights with the team.
  • Last but not least, immerse yourself in the digital product design process.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Design, Marketing or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: familiar with UX design principles and processes
  • Personality and Working Practice: creative personality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Enthusiasm: passionate about writing and expressing complex issues in simple terms, as well as showing passion for our eBike products and the Flow app
  • Languages: excellent written and spoken English, business fluent German is an advantage

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week (extension possible)
