Job Description

  • Managing conflicts and reviewing feedback/complaints pertaining to company benefits, policies and working conditions by working with cross functional management team in seeking for resolution
  • Assisting HRL to draft and send HR communications to various channels eg. plant announcements, memos etc.
  • Support in strengthening collaboration through employee engagement activities to increase employee motivation at work that aligns with Company retention program i.e. Robert Bosch Sports & Recreational Club (RBSRC)
  • Planning and ensuring budget allocation for plant recreational activities is sufficient to support annual activities planned for the year
  • Assisting in HR internal event related to people engagement and motivation i.e. World Wide Bosch Diversity Day, Service Award etc.
  • Managing and administering employee services such as uniform management, transport management for operators, internal commuting transportations, religious harmony topics, hostel for foreign workers, On-The-Spot reward
  • Administering medical claims and industrial related injury related cases (SOCSO, loss of life, accident, terminal illness, buy-off) with close collaboration with HSE team
  • Ensure timely insurance and medical associate enrollment and renewal submission
  • Assisting in insurance policy setting, claims management and bench marking exercise
  • Onboarding and off-boarding activities which includes pre-boarding administration, onboarding administration and new hire briefing
  • Assisting department to raise purchase requisition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree Bachelor in HR Management / Business Management / Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of working experience in employee service and HR generalist
  • Ability to handle conflict constructively;
  • Ability to work interdisciplinary with teams as well as work with minimum supervision;
  • Able to handle difficult conversations
  • Organized in planning work task for the team
  • Proactive, highly motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, flexible, creative, organized;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; and
  • Proficient in English language both in writing and orally.
  • Convincingly present ideas and concepts to different target audience
