Purchasing responsibility and accountability for Purchasing Projects (Time to Market and Ratio Project Planning) in accordance with all valid RB, PT and AC specific guidelines.

• Responsible for searching and building up new suppliers to support the business unit worldwide growth for certain commodities and implementation for the respective product group
• Responsible for project planning and implementation for the respective product group
• Responsible for identifying and driving cost reduction projects.
• Overall responsibility for External Workbenches (project and commercial responsibility including all necessary contracts / documents).
• Support price negotiations and Current Forecast / Target Business Plan by providing the demand planning by supplier / product group
• Responsible for request of quotations and preparation of supplier decisions including the necessary documentation in accordance with valid guidelines.
• Responsible for project related contracts and documents
• Responsible for the necessary information management and key performance indicator tracking for projects for product group
• Gaining the respective technical commodity knowledge to support internal customers and market developments.

• Experience min. 2 years in a similar position in a production company
• Professional experience in an international company
• University degree
• Very good level of English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
