The purpose of this role is to support various departments within the workshop, contribute to meeting HSE/Quality targets and customer demands. Tasks in this role include but are not limited to:

• Adherence to all HSE requirement/procedure and prompt incident reporting.
• Stripping of Unit Exchange Pumps and Motors, ensuring components are ready for further processing.
• Revise stripped items and ensure they are fit for assembling purpose
• Assisting with basic machining tasks and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
• Maintaining a safe work environment for both self and colleagues.
• Demonstrating proactive communication regarding safety issues or suggestions.
• Identifying and communicating any component issues to facilitate quick resolution.

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Proven mechanical knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Forklift license
