• Creation of design solutions for Gasoline High Pressure Direct Injector in different customer projects
• Evaluation and coordination of solutions with the respective stakeholders
• Transfer of concepts into detailed designs, creating 3D-models and drawings,
• Troubleshooting any design problems that may arise during the design process needed
• Creating parts breakdown (Bill of Material -BoM) and technical documentation
• Processing of ECR (engineering change requests)
• Creation of component specifications for suppliers
• Supporting sample and series production and supplier quality departments
• Implementing cost improvement projects.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualifications required.
• Experience in 3D modeling CAD software programs (UG NX is an asset)
• Experience in Product Data Management (Teamcenter is an asset)
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (SAP)
• Experience in automotive industry as design engineer and related processes, geometric and statistical tolerancing is an asset
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset
• Able to work on multiple complex engineering problems independently and in a collaborative setting
• Concise and clear communication skills.
