Job Summary
- To ensure supplier performance meet quality, delivery and failure cost targets and continuously improved.
- To ensure successful purchased material safe launch through preventive quality planning.

Roles and Responsibilities
1.    Teamwork with commercial purchasing and R&D department to select the qualified suppliers.
2.    Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet program metrics.
3.    Lead implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings closed.
4.    Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project (SQIP).
5.    Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed.
6.    Collect failure costs and claim to supplier.
7.    Deal the 3rd part and customer audit.

-Bachelor’s degree in mechanic & tooling relevant
-Over 8 years’ experience in quality control management and over 5 years’ experience of plastic molding or tooling design or manufacturing.
-English:  Intermediate(fluent)

Knowledge/Skills/Training Requirement
1. Solid knowledge in plastic material.
2. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001/IATF16949.
3. Knowledge of VDA6.3
4. Good knowledge with quality management tools such as APQP/PPAP, FEMA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA and 8D tools
