1、Preventive Quality management & Sub-project coordination within QMM

• Define the quality activities of PQM in different sample phase, regularly tracking and reporting
• Safe launch planning and implementation

• Develop the approach for product sample and series production release criteria
• Conduct quality release, e.g.: MAE release, CKD part release, process release and product release.
• Quality sub-project coordination within QMM, e.g.: investment planning & tracking, competence build up…

2、Problem solving with systematical approach

• Involve into internal and customer claims and closely tracking the status
• Handle CKD parts complaints
• Coordinate the containment actions’ definition and implementation
• Coach the 8D team for systematical problem solving via 8D review

3、Quality method/process coaching and monitoring

• Concession & Process/product release & Cleanliness…

4、LL with IPN net work ,Quality window person …

• Closely cooperate with IPN plants for LL share.
• As window person to communication with Lead plant.

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or Electrical engineering or alike
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
• Good English communication skill
