Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Ensure overall Physical Security Management Systems governance at Spanish sites including but not limited to.

  • Defining security framework;
  • Monitoring of governance/treatment implementation;
  • Ensuring the implementation of Spain requirements at site level;
  • Main contact for security issues at Spain site levels;
  • Ensuring continuous improvement at Spain site security organizations.

Crime Prevention/Investigations

  • Awareness and prevention;
  • Operational security investigations;
  • Supporting compliance office;
  • Internal training/qualification (continuous improvement).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Relevant security experience in industrial security management;
  • Academic education or certification in Security or Risk Management;
  • Experience in private security investigations;
  • Experience in security risk management;
  • Experience with private security companies and contractors;
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of national security issues (e.g. organized crime, grand theft, etc.);
  • Communication skills for explaining complex security concerns and policies to senior management, employees, contractors;
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English;
  • Team player, customer and result oriented attitude;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively;
  • System thinking and good analytical skills.
