As leadplant controller you play an important role in improving the competitiveness in our international manufacturing network. You create an impact by taking over responsibility in several important commercial tasks.

• Become part of our team and coordinate as well as present commercial evaluations for international localization decisions.
• You prepare and modernize plant benchmarks (on site and remote) including the recommendation for actions as well as presentation to top management.
• The planning of leadplant costs including the alignment with top management is also part of your work.
• Within the controller community, you transfer knowledge and support exchange.
• Finally, you develop new methods as well as tools in plant controlling.

• Education: completed commercial or technical university degree
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in controlling and plant/product controlling 
• Personality and Working Practice: teamplayer, structured, willing to take over responsibility, communicative with intercultural competence
• Languages: fluent in English and good in German (written and spoken)
