Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will be responsible for:

• Practical execution of various tests on window lift motors and/or systems and their components. 
• Equipment, to be in operation and in working order.

You would be a perfect match to our team if you will be able to:

• Arrange tests and inspection work according to priorities.
• Plan test setup and work steps according to test assignment for various tests.
•  Select test samples and test equipment.
• Execute test plan according test matrix provided by test engineer.
• Establish test setups.
• Create test programs and complete them, if necessary, define new test procedures.
• Prepare tests and measurements (such as functional check, dimensional checks, visual inspection, dimensional accuracy and other defined values or references according to test specification) of parts or products, according to general instructions.
• Carry out component tests on tension / compression, torque resistance and corrosion tests, if necessary, adaptation of test procedures after consultation.
• Test setup with CA specific measuring devices (e.g. Cronos).
• Determine type, scope and execution of tests, make adjustments.
• Convert logged results with the help of given formulas, possibly taking into account environmental influences (e.g. temperature, air pressure, humidity).
• Suggest further activities (e.g. release, blocking, engineering change).
• In case of doubt, agree reusability of the tested samples.
• Write test reports, evaluate results in tabular form and with graphical interpretation.
• Create basic measurement devices and equipment in order to measure needed measurements.
• Modify, maintain equipment and test equipment according to order.
• Document maintenance and repair activities (causes of faults, sources of interference, etc.).

What will you bring to the team?

English language both written and spoken / German language knowledge is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in testing tasks is an advantage.
• Experience in measurement of electrical and mechanical values.
• Experience in assembling and adjusting testing fixtures.
• Good team working capabilities.
• Strong focus on quality.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• High degree of motivation / initiative
• Flexibility.
