Job Description

  • Responsible for segment Off-Highway region Egypt.
  • Responsible for Independent after market and Off-highway specialist dealers including implementation of growth strategy.
  • Handling customer acquisitions, responsible for sales and profitability of OHW in the region.
  • Responsible for managing the KPIs of the off-highway in Africa Turnover, profitability, Price change rate, Customer acquisition projects.
  • Managing account's activity in terms of regular customer visits in line with agreed turnover, potential priority,
  • Purchasing statistics & product information.
  • Responsible for account receivables.
  • On-boarding new accounts as needed.
  • Supporting off-highway portfolio expansion, product coverage and competitive offering to the market through detailed
  • Analyzing sales activities & Egypt Automotive Aftermarket development.
  • Developing strategic growth and marketing plans for off-highway by engaging in regular visits to the customers.
  • Analyzing internal management reports and ensuring appropriate corrective measures.
  • Providing timely feedback in areas of market requirements, customer issues, distributor activity, new business

Qualifications

EDUCATION
• Bachelor degree (Commercial or Engineering).
EXPERIENCE
• 3 - 5 years experience in Off-Highway segment, ideally as Sales in Off-Highway (or similar).
• Familiar with working in a Multinational / Corporate environment.
SKILLS

  • Independent working style
  • Possibility to communicate and address topics on different hierarchy levels.
  • Sales skills (negotiations, follow-up, deal closing, customer-centricity).
  • Effective communicator.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good working knowledge of SAP.
  • Availability to travel and work extensively in the Off-Highway spare parts market.
  • Language: English (Fluent).
